The WMS Library is hosting a Top Shelf Books book fair, May 29 and 30th!  Please shop for your summer leisure reading at the book fair and support your school library!  The book fair will be running the evening of Open House, May 29th.  Stop by the library for a prize drawing, snacks, and music provided by Ms. Franks and the Guitar Club!

Thanks to all those who have donated items from Amazon.com using our Westie Wish List.  If you would like to make a donation, the Wish List is located on the West Middle School website.

The WMS library is open from 7:15 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays. All books have a three-week check-out period and overdue notices are sent home via email.

Sixth graders Nicole Ericson and Sierra Jamir were honored at the State House in Boston on April 2, 2008!  Their bookmarks received Honorable Mention in Division Four of the Massachusetts School Library Association’s annual Bookmark Contest.  The theme was “School Libraries: the Heart of Our School.”
